The Hōjicha used in this blend is carefully roasted under the supervision of our certified tea appraiser, resulting in a deep, fragrant flavor unique to Uji Hōjicha. The sugar is blended in consideration of the natural sweetness of milk, ensuring a well-balanced taste without being overly sweet.

Hōjicha is naturally low in caffeine, making this latte a gentle choice for children and those who prefer to avoid caffeine.

How to Prepare

Hōjicha Latte (Hot/Iced)

• Add 1 tablespoon (about 15g) of powder to a cup.

• Mix with a small amount of water until smooth.

• Add 150ml of milk (or soy milk).

• Stir well and enjoy.
