The first flush of this year's harvest was carefully processed into aracha (unrefined tea) at peak freshness. Under the guidance of a certified tea appraiser, it was finished using Uji's traditional asamushi (light-steaming) method. This brings out the tea's natural fragrance, gentle sweetness, and refreshing aftertaste.

This seasonal shincha , full of vibrant flavor and aroma, is cherished by tea lovers. It also makes an excellent gift for friends and family.

From our contract tea garden “Cha no Ki” in Ujitawara, Kyoto, we have been dedicated to organic tea cultivation since 1990.
