Organic Gyokuro (50g)

From Ujitawara, the birthplace of Japanese green tea, this Organic Gyokuro is made using the Uji cultivars Gokō and Ujimidori .
Uji is renowned as Japan's most prestigious Gyokuro-producing region, and Ujitawara, with its sharp temperature differences, is especially known for producing the finest Gyokuro. By using these traditional Uji cultivars, we aim to deliver the authentic taste of Uji Gyokuro—rich, smooth, and full of umami.


Organic Sencha ( 50g)

This Organic Sencha is carefully crafted under the supervision of our advisor, a 6th-grade certified Japanese tea appraiser.
It embodies the unique qualities of Uji tea—its clear, bright liquor and the exquisite harmony of umami and astringency.


Organic Hōjicha (50g)

Supervised by our tea appraiser, this Organic Hōjicha is roasted at a high temperature to bring out a deep, toasty aroma with a lingering finish. Its uniquely bold and wild flavor, characteristic of organically grown Hōjicha, is one that becomes irresistible after just one cup.

This tea is also served at restaurants and cafés as a welcoming tea.
Because the roasting process reduces caffeine and tannins, it can be safely enjoyed by a wide range of people—from small children to the elderly.


Our Tea Gardens

At Cha no Ki , we cultivate teas in a dedicated contract tea garden in Ujitawara, the birthplace of Japanese green tea. Since 1990, we have practiced organic farming, nurturing the soil with organic fertilizers and natural grass mulch for over 30 years. Our mission is to produce teas that are gentle on the body and can be enjoyed with complete peace of mind.
