This tea is carefully selected by Cha no Ki expert tea tasters, who choose only premium Kyoto Uji tea leaves that are vibrant and glossy at the sourcing stage. The result is a sencha where the astringency and umami of green tea are perfectly balanced. Brewing Instructions:

• Hot Tea: Steep the tea bag in 180ml of water at about 90°C (194°F) for 30 seconds. The generous amount of leaves in each bag is enough for two cups.

• Cold Brew: Steep in 500ml of water for over an hour to enjoy a delicious cold brew. Cold brewing extracts less astringency, allowing the natural sweetness of the leaves to shine even more.
