Brewing Instructions:

Hot Brew: Steep one tea bag in 180ml of water at about 90°C (194°F) for 30 seconds. Each tea bag contains a generous amount of leaves, enough for two servings.

Cold Brew: First, pour a small amount of hot water to cover the tea bag and let it sit for 1–2 minutes. Then add 500ml of cold water and steep for at least 1 hour to enjoy a refreshing cold-brew hōjicha.
